Dark Places
Dark Places is a series of vignettes and short stories, assembled to resemble something akin to of Pandora's Box. There is despair. There is violence. There is loneliness and heartbreak. There is pain and sorrow. There is fear and terror. Some of the characters you will meet will suffer much and gain little, if anything. But, in the end, there is hope within these pages. Here is a sampling of the stories included:
In [Crossed Swords], we meet Amelia as she starts a duel to the death with her former lover and current enemy.
In [From Hell's Heart], we walk with Sara as she goes from victim to attacker.
In [Something Pulpy], we find a group of bank robbers who get a bit more than they expected.
In [Ayaka's Story], we learn how to survive the worst and take steps towards recovery.
Without the darkness, you will never understand the light.
Post Twilight (via Wattpad)
In the near future, Twilight Fell. The nights became longer, darker, and full of monsters; and the days gloomy and unsettling. Survivors are few and far between, scratching out a living by whatever means necessary.
This is an incomplete story originally written as part of my NaNoWriMo 2016 effort. I'm editing and updating each part already completed about once a month. If there's enough interest, I may continue it.
